Default Cafe/Bobber/Street Fighter ZX9R Build

Hello all, my name is Tristan Laird and I am building a 2003 Kawasaki ZX9R.

I have quite a bit of experience building cars, but this is my first bike. As such, I will need all the wisdom and guidance you can provide.

I will add a few before and current pictures of the bike. A truck pulled out in front of me, I dropped the bike, and it got beat up pretty up. All the fairings are garbage, and it is need of a few more parts, but nothing too critical. Coolant expansion tank, cranckase/stater cover, fuel tank, and some odds and ins. I came across a gentleman who had a similar dilemma with a ZX6R and I love what he did with it, so I'll be going a similar route. I am on a tight budget, but living in the mountains of Colorado, the roads here won't be rideable until April/May anyway, so I can take my time with it.

I have a few questions right off the bat I would like to address.

First off, I am removing the entire ram air intake system from the frame forward. I am assuming I will need to get the bike tuned to account for the change in air flow, but I wanted ya'lls opinion. One guy said no tune was required, but I find that hard to believe. In the same vain, What will I need to do for the vacuum line coming straight into the forks of the intake? Will that create any issues?

Lastly there were a few hoses that came loose during the accident. Try as I might I can't locate where they need to be hooked back up to. I thought I would just post them here and see what ya'll had to say. First is one coming from the front right side of the bike, exiting near the rear brake reservoir, second is a line coming off the bike of the fuel tank, third and fourth are coming form the left side of the bike. One from the top of the coolant tank, the other appears to be coming from the fuel tank.

Thanks in advance, and I can't wait to get started on this build and share it with all of you.
