Hi, I'm Philip. I'm on a couple other forums too, so you might have seen me around. I go by pcarrell or Pastor Dude on them. The kids at church nicked me Pastor Dude, and it stuck, so that's why the forum name. I bought a 2001 Drifter 1500 last fall and I've been riding, weather permitting, all winter. In Indiana, thats not a lot! I used to ride a lot back in the 70's and 80's, but this is the first time up on two in a while, not counting the occasional joyride on the wifes scoot.

Anyways, thats me. Hope to get to know you all better!

Oh, and here's a pic of the new toy. Lots of stuff I want to do to it, but she looks pretty good for now I guess.

Welcome Pastor Dude Very nice bike. How does it feel to be back in the saddle after all these years?

I got a taste of it last year when my wife got a scooter to keep up with me on my bicycle rides after her knee surgery. I rode it a few times and I was hooked again. I'm taking it slow though. After all, 20+ years is a long time to be out of the saddle!
