I am thinking of buying one for sale locally, but using BikeBandit it doesn't appear the spare parts situation is too good. Is this correct?

Welcome to KF. I have not cross referenced the 750 to the other LTD's, but I think that the majority of parts are interchangeable. Check that out. Good luck and let us know.

I decided to buy a 2008 EX500 with 280 miles on it for 2800 today. Thanks for your help.
