Default 1994 kx 125

Just purchased this bike yesterday. Don't know alot about it besides recently had new clutch basket installed, new rims and tires and oil change. The guy rode before I purchased it so I know it runs. When I got it home it fired right up but then I stalled it out and couldn't get it fired back up but I'm thinking I flooded it out. So my question is what would be some good to do maintenence on the bike to get in in tip top shape. It also had a new top end he said done past few months. I want it to be able to only take a few kicks to get it going as I am a 43 yo f ride and don't want to spend my riding kicking the bike. I am a little new to the 125. I have owned bikes previously xr100, kx85 big wheel, and rode others Tho. I work on my own toys so I will do all myself. I wanna get a new carb so would like to know the specs for the jetting and purchased a new clutch cable as this ones is basically stretched out to the max. TIA

Why do you need a new carb?
Congrats on your new ride.

Not sure if I need a new one. Installed new spark plug. Drained the bowl. 9bky time it came close to starting or acted like it was w the fuel off. I did that to try and clear the fuel out in case was flooded. The new plug also is dry when take it own. Like I said this thing fired right up first night got it home and now not once since then and I'm at a loss and frustrated lol

I did duh!! I tore the carberator apart and use compressed air and cleaned the pilot jet and the main jet. Put it back on and one kick and it fired right up. I had to adjust the screw a bit cuz was idling a little high but after that it fired up several times with one kick each time. Thanks
