Unit takes off ok but has no power after it gets going. If I power brake the unit, engine runs good and hard. What has been done so far.
Installed new belt, spark plugs, rebuilt both carburetors (were not that dirty) removed both convertors disassemble/cleaned/inspected and reinstalled.
There was different positions for the driven convertor spring and I did not pay attention which holes it came out of, I installed it on 2 - B.
Fuel pressure it questionable because it pulses very little.
