    neo, on adjusting the screw, your not suppose to set it and ride to see.
    You are suppose to let the bike idle, and turn it back and forth from 1 to 3 till it has the highest idle speed, then leave it there. Then adj the idle speed with the throttle adj screw up by the cable. You still do not seem clear on this. Have someone read english in spanish to you.
