    None, the pipe is close to passanger exhaust guard (probably my fault) and burnt the paint on the inside, but no melted turn signals or anything great exhaust

    Hi, I have a 09 klx250sf and I just bought the DG O series slip on for it. Have you had any problems with your Dg Exhaust? Like has it melted any of the plastic or turn signal? I have read about so many problems with other exhaust, just wondering if you have had any problems. Thanks for your time and any info....Ric
