Default impeller question: 86 kx 250

On my first ride, I noticed the rads were cold. Bad sign. Removing the impeller cover, I see the impeller has a big crack and is loose on the shaft.

When I try and remove the nut, the shaft spins. Really bad sign.

I'm missing a drive gear, aren't I? Feh.

Default Update:

I pried out the pieces of the impeller. Now I see that the nut is spinning on the shaft, and the washer (92022-1393, 6X14X2) is missing. Even if the thread was correct, it may be beyond the threads now. At least I'm not looking at splitting the cases.

Default Another update

I got the nut off by crushing it with a nut cracker. That squeezed it enough to get it started on the threads. It bunged the threads on the rod a bit, but its usable. By not using the washer on the rod, the cast impeller was broken when forced over the larger diameter portion of the rod.

Now I need a new impeller...

Thanks. She'll be right, mate. Bought two impellers off ebay. Cheap enough to have a spare.
