The previous owners of my 2007 kx250f cut out a chunk of the chain adjuster welded the missing piece in on the left side, then they cut off about half of it on the right side and stuffed it with a small piece of metal in the missing portion, and pulled out the little pieces that hold the wheel to the adjuster. What should I do?
