Hi, new to forum... 43 years old, 6’4” 255lbs

i need help dialing in suspension...
clicker settings??? For jumping and trail settings.

i have the rear spring for my weight... not the front yet, standard oil and valving.
can anyone help get me close? I had my settings in place, took a jump and felt like it didn’t absorb well. I took my tools with me and played around with suspension, took big jump once and bike went vertical, got hurt bad and landed on my keister, huge bruise... I want to jump but suspension isn’t the right... anyone close to my weight and height? Have settings dialed in?
