Are OEM exhaust valves discontinued for our bikes?
I can’t seem to find OEM exhaust valves for my bikes. I’ve got a 2001 KLX300 and a 1995 KLX250R. Both show the same part number for the exhaust valves: 12005-1192 VALVE-EXHAUST as unavailable.
Anyone know where to find a set?
I also have a 2006 KLX250S and noticed that the intake valve part numbers are the same as the older bikes but the exhaust valve part numbers are different 12005-0737. Does anyone know if this valve would work in the older bikes, possibly the same size/geometry just a material change?
Long story short I’m looking for some quality replacement exhaust valves and would prefer OEM however I’m open to suggestions. The only other options I’ve found are kibblewhite and some random company I’ve never heard of called AHL (Amazon & EBay).
Also, side question. Can the stock springs be used with the kibblewhite white diamond Stainless Steel exhaust valves (part number 40-4373H)

I would recommend first asking a dealership parts or service department to contact Kawasaki service to ask what valves to use. If the dealer will not help, then you contact Kawasaki customer service to ask what valves to use. If anyone knows what the differences are, Kawasaki should.
