Default Making progress

Well I’ve got some problems. The first is that my tire is too dang big and I’m encountering chain rub. I thought 150/60/17 would work and I guess I’m wrong. Second, my shim for the pumper carb is too big so my seat and plastics aren’t fitting right. My throttle cable isn’t the right length either. Good lord this stuff is never easy. Here are some pictures Front went together great except my forks are garbage
Here my attempt at spacing the sprocket to prevent chain rub. I cut the old sprocket it’s about 5mm and works but I had to order longer sprocket bolts.
Here’s a little sleeve I made out of some fuel hose from my truck to resist chaffing
The 320mm worked out great. Fork guards are from China and surprisingly good
My seat is slightly raised from tank spacer I fashioned
Looks dumb but still rode fine last week before I started this project
Here’s hard earned money and a tire that is rubbing
