If that was in the area, I fear I'd be running to the bank followed by running to get the trailer.

Hardtaco has a lead on a bike like that, I think the one he's looking at is an '03 with under 1500 miles.

This looks like a very nice and well farkled one as well, of the 525 variety. This one is a low mileage '07, w/lots of goodies. I think a 525 would be too much for some of the tight stuff we run up here, but the 525 would have been perfect for the open and sandy Ft. Bragg ride I did this past Sunday.

Ya know, now that i know how to ride, what i consider pretty good, If i were to buy another bike, i dont know what id buy.... Just because KTM has nice 450-500+ cc dual sports.... id probably be one of them.... Kawi needs to make that KLX450 a DS... Not sure what would be good for me... my buddy has a DS'ed wr426.. its nice.

That bike Nobrakes posted is a race bike....not a dual like his 450 or even a 525 exc. The true compromise bike is the two-smoke xc-w....either 200, 250 or 300....I've ridden all three, almost 50 lbs less than Brian's with easy power valve adjustment for mild to wild riding in seconds.

The 200 has a shorter wheel base and different rake....the 250 and 300 are the same, cept power. I see you on a 300 ..... just like me when the prices come down a bit.
