Default YES! Another carb/jetting issue!!!

Hey guys, I know I havent been on here in awhile but its been cold and I have been working on my JEEP (JustEmptyEveryPocket). Anyway... I was helping a friend rejet his 06 klx250s last night and when we went for a ride today it was acting super funny. This is the third klx250s I have rejetted all with the same setup- snorkel removed, uni filter, 128 main jet, Air/Fuel screw 2 1/2 turns out, slide vent hole drilled, DJ needle with clip 4 from top and two spacer washers (I used the whole DJ kit on all three bikes), EGR removed and exhaust drilled. We all live within miles of each other around sea level. This bike started fine but after it gets warmed up when you rev the bike out it chokes at 7000rpm and dies. It requires heavy choke usage to get bike started again and then idles erratically for a bit and it OK as long as you are easy on the gas and cruise slowly, but - whack the gas and the bike dies and is a pain to restart. HELP!!!! (Ive already looked through the other post so In b4 use the search option)

My guess is not enough fuel at idle /to much at full throttle. Dj kits are different sizes than stock jets. At 600f I was running 40/128(kawi jet) kdx snorkle stock air 2nd clip from top 2 1/2 turn drilled slide no egr klx 300 pipe 3/4 end plug. Was a tad rich but ran fine. Only needed choke for 2 seconds for cold start.

glad you got the set-up tweaked...I run a 128, 2 1/2 turns out, clip on the 3rd slot..no spacers in my kit though...and a 2-bros slip-on...it is set-up really nice. Although I had my original exhaust drilled and a 132 main, clip was only on 2nd notch...never did run great with the stock exhaust, but once the 2-bros was on and made the correct main jet change as per instructions, etc...bike works perfect. (I too am at sea level)
