I have all sorts of jets so let me know what size pilot you want and I'll see if I can find one.

thanks everyone, I got some parts ordered from jet r us.

here"s the story, feel free to comment. My bike was set up by the PO on a dyno with too loud pipe and open box. I toned it down with a modded 300 pipe and kdx snorkle. It ended up way too rich, 40 pilot wouldn't respond to the fuel screw at all, ran it all the way in. Running on the 300 needle at 2 for extended road time produced lot of soot at the pipe and fender. I have since dropped the needle to 1, and it cleaned up considerable and picked up mpg (mid 40's to solid 50), plug looks good. The (kiehin) 128 main showed a good 13:1 AF modded, so may be a little fat now, but it runs real out strong so i may leave it. I'll get a stock 35 pilot in it and see where the fuel screw ends up and may be able to lift the needle a notch. Right now it runs fine at sealevel but blubbers fat at altitude.
