Default Who has installed the DJ kit with full exhaust?

Which settings did you use? (for DJ kit users only) the instructions do not seem right. With the stock exhaust it says to use the 128 main and needle set on the 4th clip, which is what I have now and it runs great.

With the stock exhaust and the end cap removed it says use the 132 main jet and the needle on the 4th clip.

Then for a full exhaust it says use the 128 main with the needle on the 3rd clip, that makes no sense to me at all. How could an aftermarket system require less fuel than stock or with the end cap removed? I suppose with the end cap off it is like running a straight pipe, but still, seems odd.

For DJ kit owners, what did you end up using? (Note the conversion from the stock main jets and DJ main jets is as follows, so the main many are ordering from Kawi is pretty close to the DJ 128)

Kehein DJ Mikuni

I'm using the dynojet kit, but I've got 331 cc and the full muzzy system.
DJ-132 mainjet, 4th groove on the DJ needle, 40 pilot jet, half open airbox.
I think it's pretty lean, judging by my plug. That conversion chart - where did you find it?

I found that chart using a search on some other site, there are few floating around out there. Not sure what I am going to do, I think I am going to leave the jetting as is once the exhaust comes in and see if I can't get the bike on a sniffer to sort it correctly.
