Is it possible to move the pickp sensor to give more advance?
This may cause too much advance at idle or difficult starting, but might be worth a try.

Is a US klx300 CDI interchangable with a US KLX250? If so would that have more advance than the klx250 one?

Not sure just putting it ot there.

AC Vs DC so I'd say no. I'll help anyone out if they find one local to me but for sure with the exchange rate at the mo', it'll cost a fair bit of wedge. The 07 and earlier model CDI is still available from my local Kawa' dealer, AUS $532.00 to you sir. ROFLMAO.
