I just bought a set of wheels. A front wheel from a 98 KDX200 and a 94 KLX250r rear. I havent tried them yet but the hubs are cast with the same numbers so I'm positive they will bolt on. From what I've read the KDX has a better rotors so I'm anxious to try em.

Good news I just got done bolting my 98 KDX200 front wheel to my 06 KLX no mods needed and the speedo works. The hubs have the same numbers so my rear 94 KLX250r rim should also fit. The front was a complete wheel with tire and brakes I got from Ebay for 130$ shipped the rear is naked and was 70$. I did a quick test drive and the KDX rotor seems to be a bit thicker because my brake lever is further out and the feel is way different although I should lightly sand and clean it.

I would sand your pads with some light sand paper and take that shine out of them and then seat them back in and she should grab like nobodys buiznizz
