What bike you talking about? Not the KLX and not in stock form. Mine, with jet kit, pipe, -1 on the front and +3 on the rear and it STILL needs some pulling and weight well back to come up in first; even then, it isn't standing on end.

?? Why would I kid? It will wheelie in first gear now, but you have to want to wheelie it, it will not just "rip" the wheel up.

I was riding my neighbors spare KX250F

It rips the wheel up pretty damn easy.

My CR500AF is a weelie monster, my KLX250S......not so much; unless you enjoy pulling your arms out of their sockets while you smoke the clutch.

1st gear w/o a clutch is easy. 2nd gear you have to stand on the passenger pegs unless you want to use the clutch.

I'm not stock , but I am stock gearing, 2nd gear a little clutch not much pulling effort , and good balance = one wheel fun.
OK here is the deal guys #1 I new that thread title woud create intrest, #2 I was having 2nd 3rd and 4th thoughts about the lack of eye buldging power that this bike posesess, so I told myself if I can loft the front tire and carry it through at least 5th gear then I would keep it instead of sending myself back into debt. So with ALOT of practice and a good bit of nerve I can now accoplish the 5th gear wheelie but conditions have to be preatty favorable (you know, fairly flat or incline, little traffic, and NO cops!) But i still will try and get some video.
