Don't know him. I have lived here since '88, commute to Campbell for work, sometimes on the KLX but more often on the KLR. That's funny you live in OR... I was born there, all my family live up there. I go back a couple times a year, was up in the Portland area visiting relatives and brought the KLX to ride the Black Dog Dual Sport in June.

It's the reverse for me, got a bunch of family down there, but I've lived here since '95 and absolutely love this place. Jerry (my step brother) works at Mtn. Mechanics (I worked there too back in early 90's before I moved up here).

BTW, I think you're commute is on some of the finest twisties known to man. You do take Bear Creek Rd. most of the time I suppose. I know Hwy 9 is smoother and faster flowing, but Bear Cr. is just so gnarly and technical. I love that road.
