Default Whats the white stuff on my piston

The cylinder looks great and the valves seem to be excellent. Just this white stuff on the piston...

Do you see any points of contact between the piston and the head or valves?

Is that bike fuel injected? I see you removed the radiators.

How many miles are on the top of your piston?
Are you set up a little rich?

It has under 2000 kilometers. Looking at the plug i would say the a/f is spot on.

Boy, I'm no expert but if your plug looks good and mileage is as stated it must be the fuel quality allowing that build up in a new engine. Probably NOT abnormal but is more than I would hope to see at 2000K. I wonder if our engines aren't running hot enough to stay clean?
