We had to use a heavy road bike's kick stand. It was a 2001 Triumph Sprint ST.

Like I said, I had that tire pushed into the middle of the rim, almost like turning it inside out and the bead wouldn't friggin let go. I was looking for the sawzall. We had to shove the Sprint kickstand against it 4 times to get it to rip loose. If it wasn't for that, I'd say it was an awesome tire. Maybe the 18 inch tires are made the right size. The 21 inch front was no problem.
