Ok pulled the plug and it cranked over a little more than stopped. Now I am cranking the engine by hand and although I dont feel any hard contact or grinding.... it is not smooth to turn over!! Someone Help not sure where to go from here

It does sound the starter motor is running away. Have you had a look at the starter clutch? Does it turn the motor over with the starter when the plug is out?

No! Could the valves being out of speck...like to tight cause this?

My 09 klx250 made the same noise once in a while while starting hot, but always started.

Your valves could be too tight, but I can't see how that would keep it from turning the motor over.
And when you turned it over, what did you mean by not smooth? The motor should have some resistance when raising the cylinder up to and including TDC, but should still be smooth, once it goes over TDC it is a lot easier through the downstroke. Sorry if you already know this.
It's definitely related to the starter somehow.
Dan888 had some starting issues, search his threads and check out the pictures before you take off the side cover, just to familiarize yourself with what's going on in there.
Does it run when bump started?

Did this just happen all of the sudden?

Have you tried to bump start it?

When you turn the engine over by hand(I'm assuming that you are using the bolt on the l/h s on the back side of the crank) it should have moments of resistance and then slack as the valve open and close during crank rotation. Based on the sound from the vid I would suspect that there is a problem with the overrun clutch on the flywheel. Pull the cover for the idler gear and see if the gear on the flywheel will spin in both directions-it shouldn't.

Yes...all of a sudden. I rode the day before with no issues.

I tried to bump start with no luck.
