Website with online service manuals.
Not sure if anyone has posted this yet, but I found a good site that has the KLX-250 service manual online. I just signed up today for it and it looks pretty good so far.
It allows you to click on the topic and view/print it out. I paid $30 for 5 years subscription.

yep same here....I just need engine and suspension info yet...I got the electrical from someone else here already on pdf. The rest is just common knowledge.I just figured that as i needed the info i would ask and see what happens....maybe a short list to email the pdfs to and if it;s a few it would be easy to cover the board.on an as needed basis.

I also did just figure out my valve adjustment procedure.I like the fact that the cam cogs have timing marks on them to work when you turn the motor over and watch the timing mark but some of the fellows that are less mechanically inclined may need some help.It is quite simple once you do it but for a newb i could see it being stressful looking at those gears ,cams, and chains....

I just checked out the online manual and I like it compared to the 2 Kawi manuals. Its very detailed and has plenty of pictures to show you what you should be doing. I didn't go through all of it but I did look at the engine section, wheels, suspension, etc and it seems like a pretty good setup.
