Good stuff, Davebert! Looked like some fun, fast back roads. It's great getting out for a day of riding with friends.

Nice pics but I think you guys should invest in some "real" motocross boots! Way too easy to brake an ankle with what you're wearing - be safe!

Awesome Dave, great pictures. Man i love seeing these, they never get old. Oh and all you guys need is to find a Honda rider and a KTM guy and it will be a complete set. Thanks man for sharing these with us.

We were on the Eglin Air Force Base Reservation. I know all about the boots...I bought my wife 2 expensive pairs and sold one of them as she just could not get them broke in. The second pair is a bit more flexible but she is having trouble with it too. These are Gaerne's!! So we are looking for another option. Does anybody have any suggestions on some boots that protect but are easy enough for her to feel the controls and also protect her?? I am guilty of not wearing mx boots too but at least I wear over the ankle boots.

I was thinking the same exact thing. One footpeg pinning her ankle between something and it would shear her shin right off with what she's wearing. It would save her years of pain and suffering if she'd just accept the fact that off-road boots aren't supposed to be flexible. They're not so her leg can be after the ride. Just my .02.

Get some of these for her. They're low rise and pretty soft leather. Not the hardcore MX type, but not everyone wants that. We all need protection.

These look great for what she wants or at least from what I can tell she needs based on the way she hated the other boots. I can't seem to find lady sizes though. I think the smallest is an 8 1/2 in ,ens US and she wears an 8 in ladies which equals a size 6 in mens...Hmmmm I guess I need too call.
Thanks,
