Default Very Very bad noises

Sorry but this is not for the klx250 but the close brother to the 250 the 300. I am wondering if any of you klx riders out there have experinced a noise from where the cam chain runs. This past week i went riding with my parents and sister and on the last day there was that noise. I got my bike back home and started to tear into the right side of my case. and as i tore into the case i found a nise torn up supprise in there, and the bolt that held it in place. It was the plate the sits right above the radiator impeller that holds the cam chaine guides in place. i dont know if i jave explained it correctly i just wanted to inform poeple to maybe look at theres. because it almost tore up my whole clutch and clutch bascket so any info on if anyone has had this happen would be appriciated.

Hey Chris, read my comment on this subject, it might not be the same thing, but who knows. My cam chain noise lasted for a couple of weeks, more noticeable on an idle when first started up. It usually went away after the bike warmed up. Not its gone and I am pretty sure that it is the automatic chain tensioner that took up the slack, and now all is well. Here is the link.
