So the trailtech vapor +indicator dash arrived today!!!the closest match was forthe klx300 and off coursethe connector does not fit. with a multi meter and a few hours I managed to connect everything into the harness directly. On the standard dashwe have a light for engine temp but on the vaporwe all install the sensor right onto the pipe.....does this mess up the thermostat...? what max enginetemp dopeople set their vaporto.....?

looks great and for sure a couple lbs lighter on the front.....

 

have you tried doing a search on here? there have been a couple really good threads about the vapor. maybethere's an answer to your questionin one of them. i don't have a vapor so i'm of no use. sorry
