Default UltimateMXHauler

Anyone use the UltimateMXHauler http://ultimatemxhauler.com/with theKLX250S?

I'm thinking about getting one but was curious how the KLX fit on the platform.

Thanks
Joe

I use one on the back of my truck. The only thing negative is the shock linkage limits the placement of the bike on the platform. It still works, but I'm going to look at making a notch for the linkage. I still put a tie down on the front to keep it stable. I've hit some big bumps and the bike never came loose. It's a lot easier to get around with than a trailer.

What truck do you use it on???? just curious.I have a Dakota and i was thinking it would be pretty slick. Also do you use a rise/lower adapter? I don't think I would on my truck. It would have to be a riser and their website only lists lowering adapters .....are they reversible?

I have a Dodge Ram 3500 and use the regular hitch mount and gas can holder. On my truck it could stand to be lower as I have to lift the Kawi up a bit to get it on the platform. Just about like putting it on a bike stand. Ground clearance when it's raised is not an issue.
