Yeah they are a pain to do bussiness with because they're so hard to get a hold of. It took me a month or so to get a hold of them to order the mirrors last year. I tried to make an order today and had the same problem, answering machine and full mailbox.

I think they list a fax number. I got through by calling that one. When they answered they didn't seem to have a clue that the mailbox was full on the other number.
