Two Brothers Slip-On
I have a Two Brothers on mine and do not think it is loud at all. Maybe the neighbors do but who cares! I did everthing, all the mods that were at the very beginning of this forum that DeeJ suggested and others as well, carb mods, rejetting, air intake, NGK Iridium, Utah Skidplate, Renthal Bars, Zeta Levers, 48 T Rear, 14 Front, Dunlop D606, smog crap removed right away.
My dealer did my carb mods and when I took all the info from this forum in there they thought I was crazy but when they were finished the parts manager who races KTM rode my bike and could not believe how quick it was, He was amazed at the throttle response and the pick up the bike had.
Doing one little thing at a time I think makes little differnce and DeeJ said that all along. You need to do it all at once, everything not just half *** and then you will have something that runs and sounds great, no need for any tip on the Two Brothers and at idle it is as quiet as it can be, I can sneak up on deer and turkey all the time in the woods.
I am not putting down any of the other slip-ons but will say that I am very satisfied with my Two Brothers Slip on.

Hey you guys running the 2 Brothers with the FMF Powerbomb, did you have any issues getting the muffler to fit the head pipe. I just got a new M7 for a 2007 KLX250S and there's no way it's fitting in the Powerbomb.
The only issue could be you have a 250 'short' header and are trying to fit a muffler designed for the 300R. There will be some shortness that needs to be made up.
For the best part all the headers and mufflers from different brands are interchangeable.
I should have been more specific in my first post. Yes it is an 07 US KLX 250S. The issue is not the with the length, but with the diameter of the S pipe that attaches to the muffler. It will not slide into the FMF Powerbomb headpipe. The muffler was ordered directly from the manufacturer and fits the stock head pipe, although that is a very tight fit. I was just wondering how the other people here on the forum got the 2 Brothers muffler to work with the FMF Powerbomb header.
I had the same problem. My problem was that the p-bomb was slighty egg shaped but could not see it with the naked eye. I used a dial caliper and a vise to squeeze it back into shape. hope that made sense.
