Default Tuning my Mikuni TMR-34 carb

Hello all, I am a newbie.

I just bought a new Mikuni TMR-34 carb for my Kawasaki D-Tracker. Unfortunately, it was pre-setup for standard/stock bike. Therefore, I would like to have some recommendation from you guys. What is the suitable size of the pilot jet and main jet?

Below is some background of my bike.
- 2003-04 Kawasaki D-Tracker
- Mikuni TMR-34 carb (http://www.webike.net/sd/5475/)
*** Pre-setting (PJ 22.5/ MJ 122.5 / Jet needle clip 2nd slot from top)
- Full custom exhausted system from a japanese brand DELTA (big header+muffler)
- Big air inlet pipe(image)
- Twin-Air air-filter

By the way, I live in Hong Kong.

Default RE: Tuning my Mikuni TMR-34 carb

Please help~

My bike is 250cc without cylinder mod. I found that you all put a #37.5 of pilot jet in your TM34 carb. It is so big different to mine, #22.5 vs #37.5, why? Is it because you all enlarged your bike by a big bore kit?

Regards,
