Default Tring to put dirt tires on a KLX SF

I just got a 2009 KLX SF and Im looking to go to the dirt wheel set up. Hard to find! If any one is looking to sell theirs I'd be interested.

Fun Bike! Any idea if the linkage needs to be changed? Im looking to do an entire wheel swap. I think it's be fun to have the dirt tires here and when I go to visit family in the Smokey Mountains I can put to MOTO tires back on.

I am also looking for a good skid plate any thoughts.

She likes to run between 7 to 10k rpm so every body that says the KLX is a little sluggish, run her hard. That being said Im looking forward to a pipe, jet and removing air box cover.

do it cheap. slip a 21" on the front and then install a 17" knobby on your rear rim

I have a TCI products skid plate and engine guard. I like it a lot.

Thanks for the link, problem is that almost nothing fits a 2009 KLX 250 in the 21 unless you buy a factory hub.

Yea even the warp9 doesn't have it yet. At least not on their web site. I'm am gunna call Cali soon.

So if any body is pulling stock KLXs take offs I'm in the market.

I am considering the tw200 look but with a 17 in front but performance is really lacking, plus changing tires is harder that swapping wheels.
