Default Trail Tec Lights in the smoke.

As many of you know we here in the southeast have had some really bad smoke from the wildfires that are burning around here. Well last weekend we decided to brave the smoke on one of the lighter smoke days and do a little riding. When we got back I looked at some pics my little brother took and could not believe the diffidence in the trail tec leds and my stock headlight. thought you guys might like to see a few of the pics. First two pics are of my bike and the lights. Second two are of my riding buddys. My son is riding with me because his battery died on his battery powered 4 wheeler. So this weekend we got him a gas powered one! Let the fun begin!

Yep those are the ones. I keep them on the middle setting which I think is the 6 watt. I really like them so far. At night they put out a nice useful beam. If you want I can take a few pics tonight and post them for you.

I'd be interested in night pics. Perhaps off, low, med, and high. Kind of like the night pics on Trail Tech's site. I have the Trail Tech X2 Halogen already, which is a nice improvement over stock. Light is nice. I like doing evening rides. Thanks for the post.

Listen up you socialist peckerheads! Why don't you try and Impart your vast knowledge on some one who gives a crap about your opinion. I think you will find a rather small audience. As for the gentleman who asked for the pictures I took a few tonight and will try to get them posted tomorrow.

Your lights don't take too much away from the electrical/charging system, do they?

Forgive my question, but I'm not very familiar with motorcycle electrical systems. I do know that the KLX only has so much to give, though.

What year bike do you have?

Think about it! It's a 'no brainer!' Maybe that's the problem though.

Hey WestOz,

Ease up a little. Looks like with kids and kid-sized equipment involved they weren't exactly going at highway speeds.

Just sayin'...
