Default Trading in the 07 KLX 250

I've decided to trade in the 07 KLX 250 for an 09 Versys. I have a Mikuni TM36-68, and an FMF Powerbomb header and Q4 exhaust for sale. The carb comes with extra jet needles and needle jets as were mentioned in various posts on this forum. The bell crank has also been trimmed so that the carb will work with a Clarke tank. The FMF Q4 muffler has an incorrect sticker on it. I ordered replacement stickers from FMF last summer and they sent me the stickers for a titanium Q4. Other than that, exhaust system is in good shape, has seen only street miles. Price for the carb is $150.00 plus shipping, price for the exhaust system $200.00 plus shipping. If anyone is serioulsy interested in either, PM me and I will get some pictures to you. Thanks to everyone here on the forum for all of your contributions, answered many of my questions over the past couple of years.

I don't think you will be disappointed in the Versys. I sat on one before and it was very nice. So much so, the little devil almost made me sell the KLX and get the Versys. Luckly, with some withdraw pains, I manage myself not to get the Versys.

You'll love the Versys. I am starting my third summer on one and am still enjoying it, it is a nice balance to have the KLX next to it though....

The Versys is a great bike. Bought my 09 KLX and a Versys back in 08. I ran the Versys for two seasons, ended up selling it last fall. Great all around performer but the stock seat is not very comfortable for all day rides. I do miss it but I would never give up my KLX for one. Off road is where it's at for me!! Good luck with the new ride. If your looking for a pavement runner, you have made probably the best choice out there for the money.
