Default torque specs?

I am about to do the swingarm and pivot arm bearings and was writing down the torque specs that nobrakes posted, however there are a few missing..the swingarm specs are there but none for the pivot arm..I assume the lower and upper dogbone bolts are torqued the same? 60- ft-lbs, but the ones I do not know are the lower shock bolt and the pivot arm to main frame bolt. Any help would be greatly appreciated...also..is there a post containing just torque specs that I am unaware of? (if so, sorry for starting a new thread) but perhaps we can have one if there is not. Thanks again
