Hello, I am just about to reach 600 miles on my 2009 klx250s. I need service the klx and am asking if anyone here would share the torque specifications with me. I have ordered the manual but have not yet received my copy.

What specific parts do you need specs on? I got my '09 service manual last week.

Thank you Cliffsta I was hoping to get the entire list as it is my first service and I like to check everything.

OK, I'm glad you linked him up with the scans from (I assume) the free KLX manual from the 90s that's been floating around. I didn't feel comfortable posting up entire sections of the '09 manual, I'm sure the legal department of Kawasaki Heavy Industries Consumer Products wouldn't have much good to say about me if I were bootlegging their brand new manual. A few individual specs I can do, but the whole section... not so much.
