must have metric channel locks or vise grips there?

I thought of that but there's no room to have at it with anything large

ok, thought the carb wasn't mounted yet? once set you'll never mess with it again. Can you just file a 5mm notch out of a hunk of sheet or something?

That's the last resort. The allen and set screw are a hair from the carb body so barely room for a small open end wrench (no it's not mounted yet)

Well I got it by buying a cheap screwdriver at the local China import store and notching it to fit over the nut with a fresh charge on the Dremel..

(cue Hallelujah chorus)
