Default Tm33 help

Hello
Newbie here!
I recently purchased a new tm33 pumper carb and I am having issues. The engine runs smooth at idol but Boggs out whenever the pumper is used. I can slowly advance the throttle and everything seems to work okay. When I give it full throttle she blogs, hesitates and eventually stalls.
It is a set it up with a 140 main and a
40 pilot. The fuel screw is 1.5 turns out. My elevation is 650 feet and I am currently running a power core 4 exhaust with a power bomb header. The clip is in the middle position 3rd slot from the top.
Do you see anything I could change to help improve the proformance and get rid of the bog? My thought is to go down on the pilot jet but then again I am very new to this.
Any help you could provide would be helpful.

Thank you for you time

140 main and 35 pilot now?
The cv carb had 122.5 main and 35 pilot.
I'm thinking about outing the cv back in

Put a 130 main & 35 pilot in it and try it. Bet it pulls wheelies.
And put the intake lid back on!

Having the air box lid on or off will not cause the problems you're having
I've found I get better response with the air box lid off

I have the Mikuni TM 36-68 pumper carb on a KLX250 that been modified to a 300
My home altitude is 2300 ft
Here's the jetting that work perfectly for me

Main Jet: 127.5
Pilot Jet: 17.5
Pilot Air Jet: 1.0 (sometimes use an 0.9 that richens the pilot circuit a little)
Needle Jet: P-4
Needle: 9EBY1-50
Needle Clip: 3rd slot from top (middle position)
Fuel/Air Screw: 2 turns out
A/P Pump Timing: Starts at 1/8 throttle and stops at 3/4 throttle
A/P Squirter: Pointed directly at the needle (fuel should splash off of the needle)
Air box lid off and backfire screen removed.

Doug

Should the fuel squirt from the a/p be hitting the needle?
As of now it isn't . I wonder if that's what is giving be the bog when I crack it open.
