Where the heck are you? Your member profile or the Craig's List gives no clue.

So now the question in my mind is...

What is your wife giving up?

Seems a marriage is a two way street. If I had to give up bikes my wife would have to give up theater. Fair trade. She didn't and I didn't... worked for the past 22 years now.

From Ad...
"Wife forced me to sell 👎. Need to make wife happy"

Really dude, grow some *****, if it is a financial issue I would understand, but if you owning a bike makes her unhappy, she has the issue, and it has nothing to do with the bike. And if you are newly married(within 5 years) welcome to your future...
Good luck what ever you do!

My wife was really uncomfortable with me riding my motorcycle at first... just because she knew the stats and was worried about me getting injured or killed - especially with 2 young kids in the mix.

However, she realized that riding in dirt is very rarely fatal, and riding at lower speeds - say, around your neighborhood - is also rarely fatal or dangerous.

Lastly, she saw how much happier I was after riding. I work from home and we've moved to an area where I don't have many friends, so riding is my stress relief and exercise.

I'd encourage you to work towards a compromise like I've done. The longer I've been riding without any accidents or scares, the more she's comfortable with me branching out on longer and longer rides.

I guess we don't have enough details to make any judgements, but your phrasing really does make it sound like she's bossing you around

Ha ha sorry for the confusion guys . I'm from SoCal Zip code 92404 . Wife's not bossing me around . It's just that lately there's been too many close calls . Broke my leg once and was out of work for 3 months . I'm still walking with a limp . Wife's worried every time I ride (which is very rarely) that's explains the low miles .

I'd put the wife up for sale first! But probably no one would buy her, she sounds broken!
