Remove one caliper bolt, loosen the other. Drop pads. Replace with new pads. Tighten caliper bolts the correct torque. Job done. What's your question?
Caliper bolts are 25Nm torque, pad pins are 17Nm torque.

yeah something like that. it's not difficult. Make sure you move the piston back out to occomodate for the wider pads otherwise you won't get the caliper back on the rotor.
