Nice Mike. Glad to see the rotopax getting used. What is the stock tank fuel capacity on the KLX? I am making the same rack for a DRZ400 and I think the rotopax capability will be a major selling point because the stock tank is only around 2.5 gallons. We had a DRZ a KLR and an FZ6 up on the 395 last year near June Lake, the guy on the DRZ was freaking out the whole time thinking he would run out of gas, so we had to stop at every gas station we saw, rotopax would have solved that problem.

think the tank is only 2 gallons
but I can go so much further on this tank then I could ever on my drz

I would run my drz on reserve and would run out of fuel totally around 75 miles
so I always filled up at 70

my klx can go to around 80 miles or so until I hit reserve and still have 1/2 gallon left

The company doing the CNC cutting is taking forever, perfect timing, right when I am trying to release a new product. I should have the new parts welded and to the powder coating shop by Friday. Sorry for the wait.

All the KLX racks are for sale online now. They are on my website Precision Motorcycle Racks and on my Ebay store "precision motorcycle racks" If anyone has any questions or needs help finding the parts let me know.

I could not find your eBay store.
Will your side racks work with the CycleRacks rack that I've had since '08 [well before your products came on the market ] ?
