Test Ride
Looking to Buy a klx250 for taking out on the trails and riding around town. Im kinda skeptic to buy one before I can ride but I can't find any dealers in the Triangle area that do test rides on the 250. Anyone out there know where I could test one out?

come on anyone in Raleigh, NC with a KLXhelp a brother out with a short test ride!
I didn't have any problem out here............. do you have a motorcyle endorsment?
dealers do have a liability problem if you don't, or if you look young dealers will shy away also
I have a endorsment plus I'm old so it was no problem.........[8D]

Welcome Jake, yea you pretty much have to be an old guy that looks like he knows what he's doing to get a test ride. Good luck. Oh and don't worry you will love the bike just like the hundreds here have.

Im just a little worried about the power issue. My last bike was an xr400, I could pull that sucker up in 4th at 40 mph, and im almost scared comming from that i will be disapointed with the 250. Love to get a bigger bike but its outta budget and my parents wont go for it.
