Default TBR M7 Slip on for KLX250sf

From what I have heard you have to bend some things on the bike to make the TBR slip on work. I need someone to tell me how they rigged their KLX250sf to allow the pipe to fit right. I have not received the pipe yet but wanna get the bike ready.

The TBR M7 fitted my SF very well form the get go....The only problem was, it was obnoxiously loud & I took it off & sold it back to the dealership minus 10% handling charge, after one day!! The P1x sound suppression tip made about a one decibel difference, which made the exhaust ONLY about 100+ decibels...

The FMF Q4 & Megabomb sounds way better (about 93db) but was a pig to fit properly, with airbox melting issues...i've fixed now...

Easy to install onto the stock header pipe; no alignment issues. I agree that the P1x tip I brought with the M7 was a waste of money as it didnt make much difference in reducing noise. I made my own tip which also stops the indicator light from melting.

Fitment is decent but you might find the clearace to the air box a little tight like I did.

I modified the air box to accommodate the pipe.

Be warned, it's loud! Even with the db reducing tip.

How did you modify it? I was just gonna throw some heat tape on it
