Don't know exactly what kinda sticker your looking for, but there are KLX250 swingarm sized stickers on ebay. Most guys put the tire company names or bike brand on their swingarms.
Tire stickers can be had usually for free if you can find a source.
It is an election year... forget I said that!
If you want, you can measure things up and lay out a sticker in MS Paint, do your own text, pretty easy. If you have the skill, not hard, you could find an emblem or something you like that is a .jpg then save it to open it in paint. Save your .jpg file on a flash drive, take it to a sign shop and ask about printing it off. I have a 10"x2" Krieger sticker I made up that has been printed for the back window of my truck, ran $10 each. So you're looking probably around $20 for a printed decal.
I'm betting a pure text die cut could be less. I have a BOULEVARD RACING on my 650 swing arm that we used to have from the bike shop, Boulevard Cycle. I think we sold them for $5 each back then. Ask the sign shop.
It's been around 15 years since I first posted in this forum on this topic. But it's still the same - consider making your own. I know of some good free graphic software, Inkscape, that can make some elaborate stuff. Plus there is a guy who put six lessons on You Tube how to use the software. His channel is Troy Tube I think. Open You Tube up and do a search on hm. I used his lessons in my graphic design class when I was teaching. His lessons are great.
Use Inkscape and make your own and have it printed and cut at your local sign shop. I have had a variety of stickers printed by my "sticker guy" including my helmet graphics and some graphics I want to put on the bike. I also made and sold some side cover graphics for people making their bikes 330 or 351 engines. I personally use CorelDRAW, having around 35 years experience using it off and on for different things.
Here is my helmet, I made every design using line art, no online graphics were used, :
Here is my most recent work:
It is applied to a couple 10x7 number plates and I use to cover the bag guards on the bike.
The plates were a bit more angle than I wanted and that has changed. Either way something different that no one else has. The nice part of making my own. I do all the art work and all the sign guy does is make it a sticker. No one else has what I have done.
All the graphics were modified in some cases and reproduced in other cases. I did all the art, the sign shop printed it off on 3M vinyl and also put on a 3M film that stops fade, cost for two was around $50, because all they did was print it. I did the art.
A simple die cut can be made easily, but contact the sign maker to see what kind of file they can work off of. I think they could use a simple .jpg or .png from Paint for some simple one color design
