U should try and ride with slightly more speed, momentum is your friend. Don't stop just before a hard section, stay back 25 yds and wait till the others clear then go!
Try to roll through those sections without stopping.

 

I agree with you. It's more of a mind over matter thing. Being on the shorter side I tend to be more timid attacking harder sections. Thank for the tips. There is always something to work on!
