Default Stuck In Denver

Is there anyone near Denver able/willing to help out a felow KLX'er? I'm stuck at a hotel about 16 miles from the Denver airport where I have a rental car waiting for me. I'm looking for a ride and can pay for your time.

Hopeful, but stuck in Denver...

DUDE!! I watched the news over here in Western Washington, I really feel for all the people that are stuck over there, it's like Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. I hope you get some help soon.[&:]

It is planes, trains, and automobiles here except none of them are running. Taxi cabs, shuttles, etc. are all shut down but I can see some people travelling I-70. It's a pretty amazing situation but not much fun. Hopefully it won't be a Christmas at the Comfort Inn...

DC4500 - If I were looking at the possibility of Christmas at Comfort Inn, I would pull out all the stops (and possibly my wallet) if I had to. Have you thought about looking up the local snowmobile club? I would bet there are one or two crazies in that bunch that would gladly take you pretty much anywhere you want to go for a hundred or so bucks. They might do it for free just for the story involved. You might have to leave some or all of your stuff behind in the care of the manager of the Comfort Inn, but I would do it in a heartbeat.

Just a suggestion.

Make sure and report back here to let us know if you got out.

Good luck to you. I hope you have a Safe and Merry Christmas wherever you end up.
