Default street tires, supermoto rims or stock rims?

ok so ive searched here and couldnt find much helpful info. maybe my search skill just suck but yea.

anyway im wanting to have a set of dirt tires/rims and street tires/rims. would it be better to get some supermoto rims or get another set of "stock" rims?

if i were to get supermoto rims...what size do i need? or does anyone have supermoto rims that can tell me what they got?

thanks for your help.

Just had a freind get a whole set of wheels (rims and tires) for a super-moto conversion. I believe you would want to get a super-moto rim to go with those tires, seems they would be of a different grade than a dirt or even dual-purpose rim. I think some of the guys on here have some experience, hope they're more help.

yea the only thing is that im not NEEDING supermoto tires...ive seen street tires that fit on dirt rims but i was wondering about quality or differences in the rims (other than size and such)

but you say the supermoto rims look to be a different grade metal?

Supermoto rims and tires + sprocket, and two more brake rotors are pricy..... if i were to do it id just get a set of stock wheels, sprocket, and rotors.... thats cause i wouldnt wanna spend 1400$ on wheels and tires......

I got them complete from eBay (Australia) with sprocket and discs (although front disc is missing, I'm chasing that up) off a D-Tracker (Kawasaki made supermoto version of the KLX250). So bolt on and ride.
