stock carb question / jetting
I have the Big Gun full system, K&N air filter, and jet kit and thats all i really look to do performance wise on my bike....I have been reading that people drill out holes in the carb? do i have to do that to the stock carb to rejet it? Or is that just a (free) mod? i have had dirtbikes and atv's in the past and have never had to drill out anythingto rejet... OR i could of read every single thread for the 250s and now my head is spinning and people could of been drilling out something else lol....This is my first Kawasaki and i just want to be able to ride it more than working on it thanks
The only two things we're drilling on the carb is the slide lift hole (enlarging it) and the fuel mixture (EPA) plug so it can be removed.
i'll clarify...ididnt install anythingon the bike yet,my upgradesare sitting in the garage,no kit instructions i bought the jetsand needles.. never had to drill carbs for my hondas or yamahas, do i have to drill out something on the carb for the klx 250s to rejet it?
