stock blinkers or aftermarkets
prefrence?
personally i like how visiable big and bright the stock ones are. great for keeping people at bay, but lay your bike down a coupple of times and the rear ones just pop right off. Or at least they did for me. Heres a pic of the aftermarket ones i put on my bike. I chose them becase they sit underneith my rear rack and dont stick out. There pretty well protected, and there LED so they shouldddd last a while.

They are wretched ugly yet there are times I wish they were bigger. I kept all my reflectors for the same reason, I just ride too damn much street.

While I agree with the saftey aspect with regards to the stock Blinks.....I personaly HAD to ditch them for the low profile blinks..#1 because I broke one of the rear ones and #2 they made the bike look so DAMN Frugly!!
I always stay in the slow lane, ride with head on a swivel and ride only 30% street.
At night the bulbs are super brite and very visible........people just DO NOTnotice bikes- period!!
Stay Safe...
