That's why you have a FRIEND be the one to push you.....
a. YOU sit on the bike and say "OK...GO!!"
b. Friend pushes you and bike.
b.1 Depending upon how much you like friend, let him push you a long way.
c. When friend is out of breath, pop clutch
d. You speed away while hypoxic friend grabs his chest, loses balance and eats asphalt.
